Educational information only

Content published on mypll.com is general education, not individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reading this website does not create a provider-patient relationship. Do not start, stop or change medication based solely on information found here. Your medical history, symptoms and goals should be discussed directly with a licensed healthcare professional.

Who provides clinical care

Pinnacle Life & Longevity, LLC operates this informational and business website; it is not itself a medical practice. Consultations, clinical assessments, lab orders, prescribing and monitoring occur through a separate secure patient portal with independent licensed healthcare professionals. Provider licensing, state availability and the responsible clinical entity should be confirmed through the portal’s patient disclosures. Prescriptions, when appropriate, are filled by licensed pharmacies.

Treatments, compounded medications and results

Descriptions of medications, therapies and tests do not guarantee eligibility or results. A licensed provider independently determines whether treatment is medically appropriate and whether a prescription is warranted. Some medications discussed on this site may be compounded. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Compounded drugs are not interchangeable with FDA-approved products merely because they contain a similar active ingredient. Off-label prescribing of an FDA-approved drug is distinct from drug compounding and is determined by a clinician.

Free care-team consultations

A free informational conversation, when offered, is intended to help explain the care process and services. Nonclinical support personnel do not diagnose, prescribe, determine individual eligibility or provide individualized medical advice. A discussion with a support representative does not guarantee treatment or create a clinician-patient relationship.

Telehealth consent and patient privacy

Before obtaining clinical services, patients should review the applicable patient portal terms, privacy policy and telehealth informed consent. Health information submitted directly in the secure portal is governed by the portal’s applicable privacy policies and clinical notices, not by Pinnacle’s general website Privacy Policy. For clinical privacy requests or an official Notice of Privacy Practices, consult the portal or the responsible care team. This website disclaimer is not a substitute for any notice that a healthcare entity is required to provide.

Emergency and crisis services

This website and ordinary Pinnacle email are not emergency services. In a medical emergency call 911. For an immediate mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988.
