Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this policy covers
Pinnacle Life & Longevity, LLC (“Pinnacle” or “PLL”) operates the public website at mypll.com. This policy describes how Pinnacle handles information submitted through its public website and general business communications. It does not replace the privacy policies, patient terms or applicable clinical privacy notices governing the separate patient portal.
Your health information belongs in the secure patient portal
Website links may direct you to a separate secure patient portal used for registration, clinical evaluation, treatment decisions, prescriptions and related communications. Information submitted within that portal is governed by the portal’s applicable privacy policies and clinical notices, rather than this website policy. Independent licensed healthcare professionals provide medical care through the clinical platform.
Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical records, payment-card details or other sensitive health information in the general Pinnacle contact form or regular email. If someone sends sensitive information through those channels, Pinnacle may nevertheless receive it and will handle the communication according to applicable obligations.
Information we may collect
- Information you choose to provide when contacting us: name, email address, telephone number and the content of your inquiry.
- Business correspondence sent to info@mypll.com, received through Pinnacle’s Microsoft 365 email service.
- Basic technical and operational information that website hosting and security services may process, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and error or security logs.
- Referral or campaign parameters in website links, where configured, to help identify how visitors reach the site. These must not be used to send clinical details through public website URLs.
How we use information
- Respond to general inquiries and provide requested business information.
- Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
- Coordinate nonclinical administrative requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Investigate misuse, protect the website and keep appropriate business records.
Website services and disclosures
The public website is hosted by Vercel. General inquiries are directed to info@mypll.com through Microsoft 365. The website contact form is not connected to GoHighLevel at this time. Service providers may process limited information needed to deliver these website, security and email services under their applicable arrangements.
When you follow a link to the clinical patient portal or another third-party website, that destination has its own terms, privacy policies and data-handling practices. Pinnacle does not control information you choose to enter directly in the separate patient portal.
Cookies, analytics and advertising technology
Website hosting and other configured services may use cookies or similar technologies. Pinnacle maintains a Google Tag Manager container that has included Google Analytics and Meta-related tags in a published configuration. A published tag configuration does not establish which technologies are active on this website. Tracking can change as services are configured.
Pinnacle reviews tracking technologies deployed on mypll.com and provides applicable notices or choices required by law. Advertising or conversion tracking should not be activated on sensitive treatment pathways without a separate privacy and compliance review.
Privacy requests and retention
You may contact info@mypll.com to ask about personal information Pinnacle holds through general website and business communications, including requests to access, correct or delete information where applicable law provides those rights. Requests relating to clinical records should be submitted through the patient portal’s designated privacy process.
Pinnacle retains business inquiries and related records only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose and applicable legal, administrative and recordkeeping needs. Exact retention procedures and any state-specific rights require confirmation before approval. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under age 18. Pinnacle does not knowingly seek personal information from children through this public website.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our practices change. The last-updated date on this page indicates the current version.
