BPC-157/KPV/TB500 Injection (Repair & Recovery Stack)
Peptide stack
An investigational combination of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV being studied for their possible roles in the body's response to injury and inflammation.
Overview
Start with context, then decide with your provider.
Explore what researchers have learned so far, what remains uncertain, and the safety questions that matter before considering this option. A clinician can help you weigh the evidence against your health history and goals.
What to keep in context
- Start with the health concern you want to understand—not a promise that a product will reverse aging.
- Ask how this option compares with other approaches, including whether treatment is needed at all.
Treatment Details
The Repair & Recovery Stack combines three research-stage peptides: BPC-157, KPV and TB-500. Scientists have investigated aspects of injury and inflammation involving these substances.
Each peptide is being studied for a different possible role. The combined formula has not been shown to improve recovery in people.
- BPC-157 — Tissue Repair Research
- A research-stage peptide being investigated for its possible role in how tissues respond to injury. Evidence of benefits in people remains limited.
- KPV — Inflammation Research
- A short peptide being studied for its potential effects on inflammatory signaling. Its clinical effects in people have not been established.
- TB-500 — Cell Movement & Repair Research
- A research-stage peptide being investigated for processes related to cell movement and tissue repair. Human safety and effectiveness remain uncertain.
There is no FDA-approved treatment protocol for this investigational option. A licensed provider can discuss the available evidence, safety uncertainties and appropriate alternatives. Treatment and monitoring decisions belong to the prescribing clinician.
Researchers have not established how the three peptides work together in people. Whether the combination helps recovery, and its short- or long-term safety, remain uncertain.
Not appropriate for everyone. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by anyone under 18. Tell your provider about any history of cancer, current medications, and health conditions. Possible side effects include injection-site redness, swelling, or discomfort, and long-term safety data are limited. Some of these substances are prohibited in competitive sports, so athletes should check with their governing body. Availability varies by state and is confirmed during your visit.
- What evidence supports each peptide separately and the combination?
- Could any ingredient present additional risks?
- What established approaches should be considered first?
