Cashmere Firming Cream
Prescription topical
Cashmere combines caffeine, GHK-Cu copper peptide, tretinoin and niacinamide in a prescription cream. Its ingredients are used or studied for skin texture, appearance and skin-barrier support.
Before you choose
- Start with the skin concern you want to address rather than choosing a formula by name alone.
- Prescription skin care should be considered with your skin history, current routine, tolerance and medical context in mind.
- A licensed clinician determines whether a prescription option is appropriate for you.
- Bring questions about ingredients, expected use, irritation risk and how the option fits with products you already use.
Treatment Details
Cashmere is a compounded prescription cream containing four ingredients used or studied for the appearance and care of skin.
Each ingredient has a different role in the formula:
- Caffeine — Topical Research
- Being studied for its effects on the appearance and behavior of skin.
- GHK-Cu — Copper Peptide
- A peptide being investigated for possible effects on skin and tissue processes.
- Tretinoin — Skin Cell Renewal
- A vitamin A–related ingredient that affects skin-cell renewal.
- Niacinamide — Skin Barrier
- A form of vitamin B3 that helps support normal skin-barrier function.
This treatment is intended for the skin. A licensed provider determines whether it is appropriate, where it should be used and what individual instructions or follow-up are needed.
Individuals may experience changes in skin appearance or irritation, but the benefits of this exact compounded combination have not been established through FDA review.
Skin dryness, peeling, irritation or sensitivity may occur, particularly from tretinoin. Use sun protection and discuss pregnancy or pregnancy planning, other retinoids, and sensitive skin with the prescriber.
